NATALIE DIAZNatalie Diaz, mom to 6 year old "twinnies," is the founder of Twiniversity, the nation's fastest growing free online community for parents of multiples as well as a class series for expectant parents right here in NYC. Natalie is also the director of the Manhattan Twins Club, where she learned how important support is when parenting your multiples. She is a teacher, motivational speaker, twin mother advocate, humorist and writer. |

DEBRA FLASHENBERGAfter several years as a yoga student, Debra Flashenberg became certified as a vinyasa yoga instructor and is now Director of the Prenatal Yoga Center, Prenatal & Postnatal. After being witness to several "typical" hospital births, Debra felt it was important to move beyond the yoga room and be present in the birthing room. Drawing on her experience as a prenatal yoga teacher, labor support doula and childbirth educator, Debra looks to establish a safe and effective class for pregnancy and beyond. Debra is the proud (and tired) mother of new baby boy, Shay. |

She is the Founder of Sage Spoonfuls, a new book and product line that gives moms all the tools they need to make homemade baby food with ease. She believes in feeding babies fresh, whole foods to give them the healthiest start to life and prevent picky eating as they grow into toddlers.
