ivivva Grand Opening On The Upper East Side

Calling all athleiivivvasure-loving tween girls–ivivva is opening a brand new location on the Upper East Side this weekend! ivivva is inspired by active girls and created by lululemon athletica. It celebrates a generation of girls, who enter their teens as extraordinary leaders, with beautiful and technical athletic wear, designed specifically to support girls to perform at their best in their activities and pursuits.

ivivva stores also serve as community spaces that host complimentary events such as dance, yoga, run clinics, and a variety of athletic classes. All girls can have fun and make new connections, while getting fit and healthy.

To celebrate its grand opening of the new location on the Upper East Side, ivivva NYC is hosting a free three-day celebration, starting from the morning of September 17, filled with fun activities that aimed to connect local girls through movements and fitness. The grand opening bash on Saturday will feature a flash mob, music, dance parties, and samples from neighborhood favorites like Core Water & Chef Cut’s Real Jerky.

There will also be a dance class on Sunday, where Broadway fans will have the opportunity to learn choreography directly from a member of the “Mamma Mia” national tour. And don’t forget to join ivivva NYC for a fun workout session with EVF Performance on Thursday, September 22.

Bring your family and friends at ivivva NYC, just down the street from the Guggenheim Museum to celebrate the grand opening of ivivva NYC!

ivivva NYC is located at 1325 Lexington Avenue (between 88th & 89th)

Camp Lee Mar

A private 7 week residential summer program offering a unique curriculum incorporating a strong Academic and Speech program with traditional camp activities. Our campers flourish at Lee Mar due to the structured environment we provide which allows our campers to feel comfortable and secure. Careful study is made of parent input, school (IEPs), camper interview, etc., so that the interests and needs of each child can best be determined for suitable grouping prior to the camper arriving. At Lee Mar the children find comfort and friendship with children of similar age and functioning level. From this foundation we encourage our campers to embrace and learn new skills and have new experiences which they can build upon on their return home. We also focus on building friendships which last throughout the year, as well as learning how to cope with the dynamics of group situations. Development of the whole child is our goal. We work hard at improving the daily living, social, and life skills of our campers, while giving them the happiest summer of their lives!
