Elle Belle Has An Awesome Time At “A Very Awesome Yo Gabba Gabba! Live! Holiday Show!”

IMG_2043I had an AWESOME time at A Very Awesome Yo Gabba Gabba! Live! Holiday Show! From the splashy entry to the grand finale, the Yo Gabba Gabba! gang had the audience on our feet and holiday cheering the whole time.

DJ Lance Rock started the show with a bang. He flew all the way to NYC on Santa’s sleigh —reindeer and all –and when he landed there was thunderous applause and an explosion of holiday confetti. Poof! Then he got things rocking by introducing all of our favorite YGG friends: Muno, Foofa, Brobee, Toodee and Plex. They all looked fab donning their winter and holiday apparel. And there was a giant magic screen on the stage showing images of our favorite YGG cast and friends along with holiday razzle dazzle. It was electric!

This high energy show really got started when DJ Lance Rock led us in a shout and repeat of our favorite song “How Are You?” We all shouted good and I even threw in a fantastic which sparked more confetti. Wow! Before I could even stop shaking my bum bum, DJ Lance Rock had everybody up and dancing to my favorite “Let’s Dance” segment. I was rocking and bopping along with the mini Plex I was gifted before the show. Then it was time for the “Hold Still” game but I just couldn’t hold still. I was way too excited. This is a high energy performance!

And you’ll never guess who came to the show for story time? Yes, Leslie Hall! She read the coolest Christmas story about a Christmas tree named Douglas. It was quite clever given that Douglas is a type of tree, no? That didn’t go over my little head. Douglas grew so big and strong that he became the legendary Rockefeller Center tree. Douglas, just like the show itself was bright and colorful! I feel like I just had a major holiday celebrity sighting. But even though I was so busy dancing and having a blast, I still took the time to hug Mommy, Daddy, and my mini Plex during the “Hug Song.”

IMG_2038The whole gang led us in a version of an oldie but goodie, “Shake the Sillies Out!” We did a holiday remix and got all silly and wiggly for Santa Claus. But my favorite part was the “Party in My Tummy!” Brobee had a holiday feast as all these amazing holiday treats and sweets danced across the stage. He ate candy canes, Christmas tree cookies, and turkey. Oh my! Then he topped it off with everyone’s favorite, milk. Brobee’s tummy danced on the magic screen and the milk swirled and the food twirled just like I twirled and swirled during this happy dance. It was deliciously fun!

The show stopper was when Biz Markie took the stage along with Santa and some fans from the audience. It was off the charts. He did a funky holiday beat box and has the kids do it along with him. Then he put it all together and it was so hip. I can’t wait to try it at home.

The Very Awesome show was even better than very awesome…it was just magical! I also learned a lot during the show like that every snowflake is different and that everyone has their own unique dance moves. Yes, I mean you Daddy. This holiday spectacular brought all my favorite parts of Yo Gabba Gabba! to life in super holiday celebration style and it was super-duper fun!

And DJ Lance Rock said he would see us again soon and he was right! After the show as part of the awesome Gabba! Party Package, I got some sweet treats to eat as well as sweet memories to savor when I went to the meet and greet party with the Yo Gabba Gabba! cast. I gave high fives, hugs, and posed for front page worthy photos with all my favorite friends. Be sure not to miss this amazingly awesome opportunity. I cannot wait to do it again! It’s awesome baby!

Come join the fun! There are still tickets available but they are sure to sell fast so to visit YoGabbaGabbaLive.com for complete tour, ticket and “Gabba! Party Package” information. Plus $1 from every ticket sold will benefit Toys for Tots!
